Allocatus transfers Microsoft Project tasks to an Outlook or Lotus Notes calendar or to-do list as a task or appointment. The project member is able to access planning information from MS Project in their calendar without access to Project Web App. This enables quick reporting by simply editing the appointment or task within the calendar.
