ProsI've always known bidding in the last seconds allowed for better deals on eBay so I had been doing it manually for years, not realizing auction sniper programs existed! This does the job I used to do manually for me and you can set how many seconds before the auction end you want it to bid.

ProsThis software really pays for itself over and over again and prevents you from having to stay at the computer when auctions end to snipe them manually.
ConsDoesn't bid when your computer is off, though this is an option available at additional cost.

ProsEasy to use interface with your items list on top and tabbed browser below makes it super easy to use. The ability to have it work along with their online bidding service for when you want bids to be placed while your computer is off is awesome.

SummaryOne of the best auction sniper programs I've used and the only one I know of that lets you choose bidding using your own computer, their server, or both for redundancy.

ProsNone. The program can't be made to operate.
ConsAvoid the "Basic" program. Program won't let the user post an eBay item number for sniping. Just locks-up. Seller (author) won't answer emails. Claims to have a 60 day money-back guarantee, but don't count on it.
SummaryAvoid. There are others that work and do have help readily available if a problem comes up.

The 60 day money back guarantee has been honored in all cases, even well past 60 days in some cases. Problems are normally due to not having the update installed, otherwise can be caused by incorrect settings, please contact me to resolve the problem.

ProsWorks 90% of the time when it works. Usually it says you are not registered and in demo mode.
ConsEvery time they do an update you get a non working version and there is NO customer support, no phone, no reply to hundreds of e-mails!!!

This is far from being a scam and i have well over 7000 satisfied customers. If you did not get replies to emails it is because either your or my email provider's spam filter blocked it which is extremely common with the words used while talking about this type of software. That is why I have a web based support center that ensures delivery of all messages. Others have not reported any problems with the updates, there have also been hundreds of new features and improvements to the software since you made this post. Please contact me to resolve the problem.

ProsWhenever I buy something I always compare all options to be sure I make the best possible choice. After comparing the most popular ones, Auction Auto Bidder was by far the best. It has a superior layout, much more features, and a great web based support system. The software is also regularly updated and suggestions sent to them are often added in following updates.

ConsIts support is very poor. They don't follow up or reply to the support calls. It can be very frustrating when you need the program works. There is no phone contacts, and they don't reply your e-mail.

Every email receveid is replied to and customer satisfaction is top priority, if you did not get replies, then your spam filter has blocked them, because eveyr email is replied to.
