Restore Grub to your MBR and boot Linux without user intervention.
Auto Super Grub Disk installs a new boot entry into the Windows boot. Once you have reboot just select unetbootin-super grub disk and the program does everything alone so that you can recover your grub menu and thus your Linux boot again. Version 1.7 adds Ubuntu 9.04 and ext4 support.
