Bulk Watermark Tool

2.0.1

NorthWeb Technologies

Put watermarks on batches of photos automatically.

As a blogger, it became obvious to me that there would be several benefits to watermarking all the photos I had taken for my blogs. It's not that hard to manually place a watermark on one of your photos. Even MS Paint can do that, and it's free with Windows. The problem with putting all those watermarks on by hand were that I already had several thousand photos I had taken for my blog. There was just no realistic way to do that by hand. Even if I only watermarked the photos actually used in a blog post, it would still be overly time consuming. Not only that, but I wanted a more consistent and precise look, which only a machine can do. And so, the bulk watermark tool was born! What I really wanted was an "expert mode" tool where I could just have everything setup and whenever I added a bunch of photos to my hard drive, I just click a button and this thing automatically watermarks them all and puts them into a folder structure that is a mirror of the original. That way, I still have all my originals, which gives me more options on what I can do with all those photos. I have been using this tool for my blog and so far it's worked as advertised, which is good because I wrote it.
