Cash Receipts Manager is an ingenious offline digital cash book for managing household income and expenses. Its colorful graphical user interface features customizable clickable/touchscreen buttons that speed up the task of booking a spike-full of cash receipts or a large number of bank transactions.
Its 'Bank Import Wizard' enables you to import your downloaded bank transactions and immediately categorize them by shop, main expense, sub-expense and spender. The wizard can be taught what to do the next time you import the same type of bank expense. New bank accounts are automatically added to your administration during importation.
In the Journal, bookings can be edited and then sorted in eight different ways. Bookings can also be split into multiple sub-expenses, merged, printed, saved or closed. Cash transfers between spenders can be speedily booked using a wizard that generates all the required bookings in the Journal with a few mouse clicks! Bookings can then be saved or closed. Saved bookings can be added to later, whereas 'closed' bookings are removed from the Journal and stored in an archive where they can be viewed or retrieved later for correction purposes.
Cash Receipts Manager will track all transfers of money in and out of your bank and cash accounts, providing you with in-depth insights into your income and expenditure patterns. The 'Reports' feature generates an overview of all bookings, colorful pie charts and a comprehensive range of printable Income & Expenditure Accounts. The application will handle multiple banks and multiple spenders and includes an adaptable Budget Planner for drawing up the annual household budget. The budget can then be compared with how you are actually doing month by month.
The application includes ready-made, adaptable sample administrations (US/UK/NL) and supports a number of international banks, enabling you to import your bank transactions.
