Easy Photo Effects is a freeware program for Windows, it's aim is to simplify common photo editing tasks like resizing, adding borders to an image or converting an image to black and white. It also has several advanced effects and functions including tilt shift, image encryption and pixelate. Each effect and function has a settings window which allows the user to adjust the effect. By combining different effects an unlimited number of unique and wonderful images can be created.
