Program performs three functions: 1) Display stretching exercises from 6 muscles groups and also eye exercises. 2) Display reminders for Aerobic exercise 3) Display reminders for Strength / Circuit Training exercises. Simply enter the starting and ending time for the program to use and the interval between stretching exercises then choose which exercises to see. Pick an aerobic exercise for Work and one for Home. Pick a strength exercise for Work and one for Home. And setup is done. You may exit the program any time and easily make changes. Links to the original exercise pictures are in the Info section.

Version 1.30: If Get Up, Move Around is partially checked (small square, you will be reminded to move around for 1 to 2 minutes every half hour. If fully checked, then it behaves as mentioned below. Too much sitting was recently reported on in a variety of health articles. You may Pause all popups during meetings or for when you will be away from the computer for a while.
