Exstension Doctor is an application removes stretches of identical nucleotides at the 3' and 5' ends of fasta or tab formatted sequences. It compares the file before and after NGS exstension and remove 3' and 5' ends nucleotides only for the exstended sequences. Drag and drop original file before nucleotide exstension and window for the exstended file, select sequences elaborated, and nucleotide to be changed then the application removes stretches of identical nucleotides.
