It includes functions to track employees, customers, suppliers, and also includes reports to show the current state of the business in order to help you make decisions about changes that can improve the efficiency and profitability of your business, using the data provided by the reports which can be used as tool to make intelligent choices about your operation. This software is intended for distributors, and/or wholesale type businesses that deliver products to customers using shipping methods, and keep track of customer balances for later billing. Payments can be entered at any time to pay off a customer balance. This system does not require immediate payment of an invoice before the invoice can be saved, it allows for the invoice to be saved, and for payments to be made in full, or in increments at later times.
