"Great Software, Make you pay for updates"

ProsWorks well, recognized my face almost every time.
ConsDoesn't work since the new version came out. They force you to purchase the software every time they update it and don't let you continue using the current version you have.

"Remarkable Software and Customer Service"

Pros- Timely and polite customer support.- Seriously. Remarkable customer service.- Not to mention, excellent product.
Cons- Maybe a few software kinks that could be ironed out? (I'm actually not even sure it's the software, it could be my hardware or drivers.)
SummaryCustomer service was absolutely amazing. Very timely and helpful. Whatever Darin is getting paid, it isn't enough, (or maybe it is, which would explain why he is so eager to help me in such a polite manner.) Absolute 5 stars to FastAccess and their customer service.

"Handy no fuzz security"

Prosfast no fuzz pass through the windows password application, bought it while using W7, switched to W8 preview to find is reinstalled and works fine even faster than with W7, spite the developers commends that a W8 version is expected soon
ConsIt has a re-install counter of max 3 x, did not see any clear indication during install to ran into it whilst re-installing W8, BUT the developer was fast in its reaction and solved my problem adequate and fast, a happy W8 preview tester

ProsHas strong appeal to techie-wannabe-geeks.
ConsSlow when it works at all.Forgets you when you power down and goes through a protracted "learning" cycle" on every boot up.In a well lit room, it needs a supplemental light source aimed at me to work properly in conjunction with the crap camera Dell uses on their top-of-the-line XPS.Frequent software updates.
SummaryThis is a prime example of software sizzle that fails to fullfill its promise but ties up resources on your PC anyway. Typing in a well thought out password is far more expedient. Help files are a bad joke at a funeral. On-line support is an utter fail. Give this one a pass.

ProsIt looks cool.
Consupdate caused lockup then loss of progrm. Program was supplied by Dell with computer, now it doesn't work. Downloaded this copy, but it didn't recognize instlled copy, now it wants me to pay for what I already own.
SummaryNot sure how much more secure the laptop was because there was still a backup passwaord. downloading updates is quirkey-just as likely to wipe things out

The software here on CNET is our retail version which is separate from the Dell version that came with your computer. You'll need to de-install the retail version and install a copy from Dell instead. ProsWorks very well and rapidly in a variety of lighting conditions. Have experienced very few times where I had to input my password.Support is off the charts amazing. Had a problem, Dell was no help (on my XPS), but these guys were fantastic.
ConsFailed update caused the app to disappear from my system (as it removes the old version first). This resulted in me having the contact Dell first, then FA to download the app. This is mainly Dell's issue however, with their MyDellDownloads stupidity.
SummaryGreat product. It doesn't save you a ton of time, however it does make most logins faster. Also, it's nice that it recognizes you for site logins as well, saving you the trouble of having to remember all those passwords. You may say that your browser can do the same, however with this, if someone else uses your system, you need not worry about them having access to your various site accounts as well. Highly recommended.
