FastaValidator is a parser for the FASTA file format, which is one of the most common file formats to store nucleotide or protein sequence information. Handle data and integrate in existing software. It uses standard technologies from compiler construction (JFlex), software building (Ant), documentation (Javadoc) and software library (Java Class Library) as a base for FastaValidator.
