Fleet Finance Manager includes a comprehensive Envelopes Centre to manage day to day activities/travels of your fleet vehicles. The term 'envelope' is used to describe one entry for a single trip of a vehicle. A vehicle can have multiple trips in a day as well as multiple drivers; therefore, it can have multiple envelopes for any given day. That's how the Envelopes Centre lets you keep track of the day to day activities of your fleet's vehicles. Each envelop include details about the driver, vehicle, trip, fare and any additional information.
Using Fleet Finance Manager is very easy, quick and simple. Because it has been designed from ground up for Fleet Operators, most operators will find that the software provides a consistent 'flow' in the way you enter information is parallel to your work flow.
