Manage and view INR results and warfarin dose in a medical practice.
Manage the INR results for patients on warfarin in a medical practice. Incoming INR results are added to the list of INR results for the day. The provider requesting the INR then checks the results and notes what the dose of warfarin should be and when the next INR should be done. A history of that patient's INR results and warfarin dose can be viewed at the time the INR result is checked. Finally, a provider notifies each patient of what action should be taken by phone, email, text message, or letter. Patients who are overdue for their INR tests can be identified.
