Mark-A-Text is a versatile text utility for Microsoft Word that enables you to find, highlight, color, extract, and tabulate text quick as a click. Mark-A-Text is housed in a small custom toolbar - just launch the search menu, type & click. You can highlight words and phrases in various colors and generate reports listing each instance plus the page on which it appears as well as search for specific highlights and font colors and/or change them on the fly. Highlight/change font color and optionally generate a listing of just the search term or the sentence or paragraph in which it appears. A great tool that will save you hours of searching through documents.
