Paramo Pro is a comprehensive application for inventory, purchasing, production, sales, and shipping in an easy to use compact design. Sales and Shipping provides a wide range of functions including order policy, warehouse sales (vendor managed inventory), direct stock issue, auto pick lists, bills of material (upto 256 levels), sales discounts and vouchers and a number of documents in pdf format. Documents can be minimal or include catalogue information. Sales orders can be managed from stock or backordering. Manufacturing includes costing, order management and stock order linking for optimal batch sizes. Bill of material costing, along with traceability for each item as well as child items helps build documented products. Inventory includes stock control features, and lot and serial no tracking. Both sales and purchasing orders can be serialised. Item catalog information can be included in sale prices lists, and other documents to ensure specifications are met.• Purchase receiving is flexible and can be drop-shipped at any address specified. Inventory catalog data can also be included in purchase documents, to ensure purchasing is completely specified. Purchase requirements can also be linked to larger stock orders.
