Generate a set of random numbers for a lottery.
Basically it is really a short program to generate the set of random numbers that I just created during the big powerball this week which worth 1.5 Billion.
Anyway, after created this small program I used it to generate 5 poweball tickets but I was not the lucky one yet. So I just want to share this small program out there for those who find it interested to use before purchasing the powerball ticket.
