This software offers a solution to users who want to search one or more PST e-mails for a string, simultaneously. The user simply chooses the necessary PST files or an entire folder of PSTs before starting. The results are displayed with the e-mail and found text. There is a button to open the e-mails that were found.

Version: Search Multiple PST Files Software 7.0
ProsTo keep my email manageable, I retire my PST file at the end of every quarter. Needless to say, when I'm looking for an old item, it can be a pain to open and close multiple PST files. I installed this utility and found exactly what I was looking for in just a short time.
ConsI can't find any reason not to use this.
SummaryI recommend this software to anyone who keeps their life in Outlook! :)
