Add new features and tweaks to Torchlight 2.
OUTLANDER
Glaive Sweep
Removed stun ignore_resistance from the first 14 skill points of the skill
Lowered the Ignore to a much more marginal number (will continue to balance)
Lowered knockback bonus per skill point % by a large amount, it still increases but not nearly as much per point

Shadowling Brute
Summon Duration's base length has been increased by 30%
Now uses its masters DPS for the Charge and Jump attacks.
Jump attack and Charge have had their internal cooldowns lowered from 5 seconds to 3.
Shadowlings
Health increased per tier, greatly.
Duration of summon increased by 30%
