Exchange EDB to EML Converter is a tool to convert and export EDB file emails into EML format in bulk. The emails of each mailbox are converted to an EML file along with the attributes retained like their subject line, date, and time. It also provides the option to select the type of Exchange Database repository either a Public Store Database (Public store file) or a Private Store Database (Mailboxes). The default mode of scanning is Quick scan mode but we recommend you to choose the Advance Scan mode for highly corrupted EDB files. The Exchange EDB to EML Converter tool also gives users the facility to preview all EDB files containing each email folder within the mailbox such as Inbox, Calendars, Contacts, Journals, and Junk E-mail. The associated properties of each email like to, from, email ID, CC, Bcc, sent date & time, can be previewed with the help of this tool. The option for selection of folders and sub folders as per user's choice is also available for view and export. The converter can recover and export damaged or deleted messages from EDB files into EML format, can also export multiple EDB mailboxes at a time. To provide the easy accessibility, a separate folder for each mailbox is created at the destination path. This tool has a unique feature of generating the export report in 3 different categorization to get the status of each mailbox. These three categories are Selected, In Progress, and Completed and feature the status of each mailbox name and no. of items being converted. This software is compatible with Windows 8.1 (32-bit or 64- bit) and all previous versions of the OS.
