Folder structure of the file will be maintained even after the export hence you will not experience any confusion while accessing the data in exported files.
Software has an option of Date filters which can be applied to migrate the email data belonging to certain time range. Calendar filter and Task filter can also be applied.
While saving the file data to EML, HTML, PDF or MSG, you can save them using Naming Conventions as per your choice.
Software provides a medium to join wide range of emails clients to other platforms for accessing its data.
