The gradebook database running under Filemaker Pro 12 (or higher) can be used by teachers that teach Grades 6 through 12 in schools with 1, 2, 3 or 4 terms. The terms can be weighted along with Exams (MidTerm and/or Final) that can be combined with the Term Category Averages to arrive at a Year-to-Date Grade in the course. Ten (10) categories are supported and the teacher can create 10 different sets of categories that can be applied to any course-section (class).. The database stores up to 120 tasks per term for each academic year and can toggled to the next academic year with a single click to start a fresh gradebook. The user can create seating plans with photos. Student raw scores for tasks can be entered very quickly with an innovative popup keypad on a spreadsheet-like interface. Class attendance can be entered for students very quickly as well. Many PDF and Excel reports can also be generated for the class roster and individual student.
In version 3.0.15 the Task Entry screen layout was edited to update the number of tasks that can be entered by term to 120 (incorrectly displayed as 30 per term)
