Timesaver:Calc for Tax (+RTI) will print payslips on standard A4 paper, offering a choice of 3 different layouts. It will also check P45's in seconds and can calculate Tax and National Insurance deductions just as quickly. Timesaver:Calc for Tax (+RTI) can also act as an archive for all payroll activities, allowing easy access in the event of queries. The Main Screen uses a tabbed box arrangement from which you can select Net-to-Gross/Gross-to-Net or P45. The P45 facility can swiftly calculate any discrepancy between the P45 figure and the correct level of tax. Your company logo can easily be incorporated into the Payslip print function, The software switches easily from weekly to fortnightly to 4 weekly or monthly payments and can accommodate anomalies such as K codes, contracted in/out National Insurance and Directors' National Insurance.
