"IF YOUR COMPUTER WON'T LOAD IT YOUR OUT THE MONEY"

Version: VizTerra Landscape Design Software 2.001
ProsTHIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
ConsWARNING!!! IF YOUR COMPUTER DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO LOAD THIS YOU ARE OUT ALL THE MONEY THAT YOU PAID.
"SORRY ITS NON REFUNDABLE AND WE CLEARLY STATE THAT IN OUR TERMS AND AGREEMENT THAT YOU CHECKED", says this company.
Yes, the little box that we all check that's 10 pages of small text that is basically legal verbiage that none of us understand. Seriously, thank god I went for the monthly subscription and I'm only out $200 in 5 minutes as oppose to $1,000. What a terrible business model. The customer service amounted to a scared kid who couldn't answer any questions and just kept repeating the same line "sorry its in the terms in conditions that its non refundable". So to be clear not just the one time set up fee but the whole subscription as well is non refundable even if you purchsed it 5 minutes before.

ProsI was blown away by the 3D presentation mode, a definite sales tool. It also had all the basics I needed to design a project from start to finish.
ConsIt was a little hard to learn at first.

ProsI started designing in 10 minutes and created a great design from scratch with no help. Online videos definitely filled in the gaps
ConsI would love to see some more colors for things like roses.
SummaryFor someone like me, with next to no computer design experience, this was a breakthrough. So easy to use, great system lots of support and videos. The demo is free and I am thinking about signing up soon. Do yourself a favor and download the demo, so you can at least check out the amazing visuals.
