Create your own online questionnaire.
This software offers a solution to the users who want to create an online survey and retrieve the results. The user simply enters the title, the name and the e-mail address for results before entering the survey questions. A background image can be chosen from any location on the computer and there is a pane to enter a message at the end of the survey - for example: to remind the participants to check whether they have answered all the questions before clicking on the 'Finish' button. The user then specifies the output folder before creating the survey. Each participant's survey sheet will be saved as an HTML document. What's new in this version: Version 7.0 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
