Generate playlist file with all di.fm streams.
Dlgen is a small console application will create a playlist file (.PLS) with all the streams currently available on di.fm. Dlgen only runs in the command console and features a simple syntax. You simply have to specify the number of pub servers to enumerate and the playlist will be generated in no time.
