DocuCabinet is an easy to use document imaging management software for small to mid-sized business and home users. This software allows you to capture, scan, store, index, organize, search and retrieve for all your scanned papers, image files and computer documents. Documents are stored in a filing structure similar to a traditional paper filing cabinet with the cabinet-drawer-folder hierarchy. You can add useful index information such as document title, text notes, value, dates, and categorize the document from a pre-defined list with index keys. The index information can later be used to quickly search or group documents. You can even assign a date to a document so it will remind you for future action.
