Spellchecking
Spellcheck using the Orfo.ru service, select the text and press Ctrl+F7, and in the main window use F7.
Keyboard layout switching
You can switch the layout for the last entered words or selected text, like Punto Switcher, just press Break

Translation, spell checking and switching layout works in any programs, like browsers, editors, ms office, skype
Replacing selected text
You dont need to copy and paste the translated text, this can be done with a single mouse click.
Automatic updates
