Data is cloud-based and security is managed by administrators who can control user group accessibility on a topic-by-topic level. Finally, the integrity and confidentiality of data transmission can be protected through industry standard digital encryption protocols. The Foundation client software provides free access to the Foundation Knowledge Base (cloud), a personal database (portable), and any third party Foundation cloud services that are available.
