Free Youtube to MP4 Converter form Media Freeware is a Youtube downloader mixed with a video converter that will download your favorite Youtube videos and convert them to MP4 file format. The app has many useful features which makes this app a must-have application for those who want to have Youtube videos on their PC. When you import a link, the app checks it for validity and if it is a Youtube video link, then it will be added to the download list. The number of imported links can be more than one and the app download and converts them simultaneously. There is an "Add Bulk URL" button which imports a list of Youtube links one at a line and prior to downloading it checks all links for validity and then adds them to download list. There is a Search tab for searching specific videos and the results can be added to download list. The Settings tab has many parameters to set and make the app work the way you want to. If you connect to internet through a proxy server, then you can enter your credentials which is in Settings tab and let the app download videos through that proxy server. You can specify the number of parallel downloads as well. So if you have a low speed internet connection then you can decrease them to avoid download errors.

ConsThe freely downloadablevideo converter helps to download number of videos, but works well when the net speed is high.

Prosthe app is easily accessible and user friendly. This can be used to download media from YouTube in bulk. There is an option in the app which supports the term "add bulk URL" which includes the link of all the required YouTube videos and downloads them in bulk. The user can also be accurate and search a particular video type. It can be downloaded and watched whenever one wants to.
Consthe speed of the app is commendable when the internet network is favorable. In case of slow network the number of downloads must be decreased.

ProsI spend a lot of time working online and a big part of this routine is to download relevant content from YouTube. With the free YouTube to MP4 converter, I get high quality videos by simply copying the link and letting the converter do its job.
I am thoroughly impressed by how quick and efficient this converter is plus, it lets me do bulk downloads which is otherwise time consuming.
ConsI don't see any flaws with the converter. For the benefits you get with it, any minor flaw can be very easily ignored.

ProsThis is the best Youtube to Mp4 Converter I've ever come across. It is a YouTube downloader too and full of excellent features like link validity check, bulk download, bulk conversion etc. The 'Settings' and the 'Search' options have further got many parameters included to make download and conversion easier. A well-rounded, error-free and extremely friendly program it is for all grades of users. Even a novice like me could navigate through the interface easily. That it is free for use is yet another feather in its cap.
ConsInstalling the app took some time but once through it worked like a breeze.

ProsExtremely small, quick to download and easy to install. The interface is quite simple to use. Allows for copying links and converting to MP4 in just a few quick clicks. No generation loss both in the video and audio. The software tool also provides multiple options in terms of the quality of the output and allows the user to choose the destination folder. Allows for creating a queue of links as well!
ConsInterface looks a bit tacky. Software comes with unwanted adware. But works like a charm otherwise.

"Must have app if you work with music."

ProsI work a lot with music and audio and video clippings. I get most of the music videos and other videos I use from YouTube and I was looking for a good file converter. I tried a couple of them but this one seemed to be the only one which worked without any issues in between. It helps to easily flip YouTube videos to MP4.
ConsI haven't faced any issues with the app so far. It was easy to download and install too. So, all in all, it's a good app.
