Count the seconds that has passed since the software has started.
The stopwatch software can count only the seconds that has passed since the software has started. There is a Pause button for stopping the counting of the seconds that has passed. There is a Restart button for resetting the stopwatch to zero. And there is a checkbox for making the window the topmost window. And the window has a view menu for changing the color of the program and for making the program full screen size because it usually starts as a small screen.
