Resource .NET is a utility to easily refresh embedded resources in a .NET assembly. It supports Microsoft ResX Schema v2.0 (*.resX), Embedded Resource v4.0 (*.resources) (v4), Import/Export/View/Edit embedded resources Icon/Bitmap/Cursor/String/ImageListStreamer and PinnedBufferMemoryStream (v4), and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010/2012. It is a standalone tool that does not require installation.
