ProsWith simple instructions and good documentation, the program does just what it is designed to do. Comes with OCR (Optical Character Recognition). Also has very easy to use password protection and can Manage digital signatures.
ConsWill keep you posted if I find any.

ProsI've installed PDF converters before. This one was the easiest to install and use. Very highly recommend. Just make sure you read the instructions. The password feature are a plus.

-Much faster than Acrobat.
-allows you to make protected pdfs with passwords.
-easy pdf quality select and image editing.
ConsI haven't experienced any so far.

ProsInstalled and changed files to pdf perfectly in under a few minutes. It creates pdf files that are much clearer. Extremely easy to use with e-books and my 5 year old uses it with his comic books.
