Migrate multiple Exchange EDB mailboxes to Office 365.
Exchange to Office 365 is an administrative level application. The program offers migration of the on-premise Exchange mailbox data to the hosted account of Office 365. Provision for multiple mailbox migration is also featured by the application with the help of checkboxes. Select the mailboxes to be migrated along with the provision of account credentials for Office 365 profiles to which the migration has to be performed. Besides the migration of mailboxes, selection of data category can also be done. One can choose whether to migrate emails, contacts, calendars, or all components from the selected Exchange mailbox(s). Migration of Exchange mailboxes can be done when the on-premise Server is in live mode, i.e. running actively. Moreover, the application requires Active Directory to be live as well in order to process the Exchange Server forest for getting access of the mailboxes to be migrated. You can choose which mailboxes to be migrated, and proceed with migrating them to desired Office 365 accounts by providing respective credentials. Therefore, uninterrupted internet connection is necessary for the application to run smoothly. Being a completely user oriented application, Exchange to Office 365 Migrator offers filter option for migrating selectively sorted data only. The filter is only applicable on emails and works on the mechanism of date range. Provide a range of date 'To' and 'From' and the software will migrate only the emails from exchanged within the specified date range. Availability of the application is in a freeware version as well as a licensed version each. The freeware version offers trial while the licensed copy of the tool features complete facilities at just $299.
