Convert and save MS Outlook PST contacts to VCF, WAB, and CSV files.
SysTools vCard Export program is used to convert MS Outlook contacts into various contacts formats supported by a wide range of applications such as Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, Google Contacts, and devices like iPhones, Android phones, and other smart phones. The tool has a feature to export the contacts in 5 different options such as vCard, Single vCard, Google CSV, Yahoo CSV, and WAB. Each type of file opens in its specific application. The contacts can also be saved at a desirable location on the machine or saved at a New Folder created directly from the software pane. The contacts are exported with all of its attributes maintained such as Personal details, Contact details, Email ID, complete address and more. The user can select folders as well as individual contacts of choice to be exported. vCard Export software offers preview of data before saving the contact list from the corrupted, password protected, and orphaned PST files. It also gives 2 options to the user to save the MS Outlook contacts which is either by creating a single .vcf file for each contact or by merging all the contacts into a single vCard file. The user can add a single file or a complete folder having multiple PST files to export, but if the user is unable to find the PST file(s), then the auto-detection mode can be enabled that helps to find all the PST files residing on the system. After completion of scanning process, the contacts can be sorted by various fields such as First name, company name, phone numbers, this auto-detection mode helps the user to easily go through the needed contact manually. To export the contacts as WAB, it is necessary to have Outlook Express installed in the system.
