Create digital terrain models from points and polylines.
The TGM creates the TIN and grid network of the terrain, using the input data in the form of points and polylines. Program works in following steps:
- the input data with the measurement of the terrain is imported from the .dxf file in the form of polylines and points
- the user sets preferences of the program
- the program generalizes polylines
- the program creates the TIN using
- the program creates the GRID
- the program exports results in the .dxf format
The TGM is coded in C++ language for MS Windows operating systems. It is designed in a simplistic manner, using only dialogs, without menus and toolbars. View larger image
