Prosi have tried two different times and it has always increased my 52kb/ps as 125 kb/ps wonderful software. earlier i tried TCP/IP and many softwares with no difference but throttle did work for me increased my speed twice. Try it out!
Consno manual settings.....automated

ProsI had to lower my internet speed due to an increase in my billing, so my bandwidth downloads were around 1.5Mbps (150-190KB/sec)... After buying this app and running the "Fastest" setting... I am now getting 600KB/sec and higher download speeds.
ConsThere are none.
