Send Outlook reminders as E-mails.
That appointment you made two weeks ago may be scheduled in your Outlook calendar with reminder, but if the reminder simply pops up while you are away from your computer, it isn't going to do you any good. Work may take you away from your desk, and that appointment may well be overlooked because you simply forgot about it. Our Outlook add-in does double duty in this aspect, ensuring you will never miss another appointment again. Our simple email reminder add-in works in the following way - it sends you an email reminder to your email (which can be checked on your smart phone) reminding you of your appointment. This can be customized to send emails if your pop up reminder was not dismissed within ten minutes, or has been flagged as high priority.
